Infamous ladies' man David Spade has done it again -- the miniature comedian stepped out for lunch with a gorgeous girl who would never give him the time of day if he weren't, well, rich and funny.

Of course, "rich and funny" tops just about every woman's list of most attractive qualities, so if he has two of the top categories does it really matter if she can never wear heels?

They may be Grown Ups but Adam Sandler, David Spade and Rob Schneider will always be kids at heart!

The threesome got bromantical on the red carpet for the premiere of their new film, Grown Ups in New York city last night.

In the film, the guys (along with Kevin James and Chris Rock) play besties who reunite for a family holiday. Since most of them have kids now, that's probably not too much of a stretch!

Charlize Theron, Joe Jonas, David Spade, Adam Sandler, Snoop Dogg, Angel McCord and practically every other celeb in LA watched the Lakers trounce the Celtics in game one of the playoffs last night at the Staples Center.

Charlize was in a great mood, doling out hugs to friends including David Spade!

And the LA residents had a lot to be excited about when leaving the stadium -- every time Phil Jackson's team has one game one, they've gone on to win the series, so let's hope Kobe brings another one home for the Lakers!
