Troubled Disney starlet Demi Lovato, 18, just checked out of rehab and, thankfully, is continuing to work hard at her recovery...
Here's Lovato arriving at A New Journey Eating Disorder Center in Santa Monica on Monday for further treatment and counseling.
The website states that the program consists of "a combination of specialized groups, nutritional meal planning, supervised meals, meal processing, and educational presentations designed to support the recovery process."
Props to Demi - who entered rehab last October - for staying on the right path. She even gave us a little wave!
