Demi Lovato is a free woman!
The Disney star has been in rehab since November, after getting into an altercation with one of her backup dancers at an airport. But after spending some quality time in the facility, Lovato is finally out and on her way back to LA, a source tells X17online.
The Camp Rock star reportedly wants to focus on getting back into her "regular routine" and spend time with her family and close friends. The source tells X17online exclusively:
- "Demi came back to LA earlier this week, and she completed her prescribed treatment and an outpatient program near the treatment facility. For now, she is getting back to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends, and will continue to focus first and foremost on her well-being. To that end, she will continue to see doctors in LA who will help her work on the issues she confronted in treatment. She is so grateful to all of her fans for their unbelievable support, and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon."
Lovato posted a message to fans on her Facebook page earlier this month thanking them for their "love, support and prayers" during her difficult time.
Congratulations on your release Demi! After spending almost three months in rehab, we have full confidence you've gained the tools you need to maintain your progress from here on out.

"I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People's Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010. I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all."
