EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS - Demi Lovato Remains Focused On Treatment

While heading into her outpatient meeting in Studio City, Demi Lovato seemed to be in great spirits ... even giving X17 a wave!
In January, the 18-year-old Disney star completed her stay in rehab where she was being treated for "emotional and physical issues." The Sonny With A Chance actress checked into the facility late last year after an alleged fight with backup dancer Alex Welch.
In a recent online video, Lovato revealed that rehab was one of her "darkest times." She also said:
- "Your support is what got me through this. The journey has been very, very difficult the past few months. I was dealing with issues that I know not only girls just my age but of all ages are dealing with."

Lovato goes on to say:
- "I can't tell you how much light you guys brought into my life at probably the darkest time of my life. Without you guys, I wouldn't be here today ... I couldn't have done this without you."
