A teaser for Demi Lovato's upcoming MTV documentary, Stay Strong, has hit the web, and the 19-year-old starlet opens up about her post-rehab life and how she's changed for the better.
“I wanted to share my story but I knew it had to be honest, it had to be real,” she said in a statement. “I have daily challenges but so do many kids who are struggling to feel comfortable in their own skin. If opening up and sharing my story inspires even one person to stay strong or to get the help they need, I’ve succeeded."
The hour-long documentary follows Demi on tour and as she returns to her rehab facility to chat with recovering peers about her experiences. Check out the clip above!
Stay Strong premieres March 6th at 10PM on MTV.
