Ashton Kutcher's Lawyer: The Cheating Rumors Are All Lies

Ashton Kutcher is responding to the allegations that he's been cheating on wife Demi Moore.
Kutcher's lawyer, Marty Singer, released the following statement:
- "Star Magazine continuously publishes lies about Ashton Kutcher and many other celebrities. This is not the first, nor will it be the last time they engage in reckless conduct."
In addition to describing Kutcher's alleged cheating ways, the mag also has a quote from a 21-year-old girl who says that she "made love on his living room couch while Demi was out of town."
After the accusations first surfaced weeks ago, Kutcher tweeted:
- "I think Star magazine calling me a 'cheater' qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees. STAR magazine - you don't get to stand behind 'freedom of the press' when you are writing fiction."
Moore and Kutcher have been married for five years.

I think that his theory is that if it was consensual (and not in Demi;'s bed), it wasn't cheating.
Giving her "a few bucks" for a cab isn't paying for sex, is it?

I'll beleive when I see the lawsuit go through and AK wins. BTW Chris Martin made similar threats after reports he had cheated with Kate Bosworth (ex friend of GP)but so far...no lawsuit. I wonder why? A laywers statement is not equal to following through with an actual lawsuit. Just saying.

I think Ashton Kutcher messed up by not staying with January Jones. She is hot! Especially right now.
I don't understand why Hollywood didn't make her a star long before being on "Mad Men". I just saw pictures of Ashton and January on Google. She looked really good back then.
