FYI...The sunglasses are safety glasses. You have to wear them while getting dental work. It's an OSHA regulation.

I'm just also curious how she lost a front tooth like that? I had a front tooth knocked out as a kid and getting an implant was both expensive and painful! They had to do bone and skin grafts to make it happen! Sure beats having a flipper!

How recent was this trip?

I just had an implant on my front tooth last year. It is a long process and takes months of wearing a fake tooth you can take in and out until the permanent implant can be "seated". That's prob. what happened to Demi. I LOVE that she shared it with the world...shows her sense of humor and self-confidence.

I guess good or bad she is getting the attention that she so desperately desires!

Whether that is Demi or not... who knows,but, Demi Moore is really kind of sad if she is putting pics of herself on tweeter while missing a tooth. She is pushing 50 years old and is desperately trying to hang on to fit in with the late 20s crowd... How pathetic.
