Denise Richards is rockin' stilettos for a good cause!

Charlie Sheen's ex stopped by The Grove to chat with Extra about a pink and gold peep-toe sling-back that she designed called the Eloise ... named after her daughter she adopted last year.

The pump, sold through ShoeDazzle, was created for the company's Celebrity Shoe Design Initiative for Charlity.

All of the profits will go towards the Kidney Cancer Association. Richards lost her mother to the disease in 2007.

Last night Denise Richards and Patrick Muldoon had dinner at Madeo, and photogs on the scene observed that they showed up to the restaurant arm-in-arm and looked like more than just friends.

The duo have reportedly been spending quite a bit of time together over the past few months, and Muldoon even met Denise’s adopted daughter Eloise Joni over the summer. Of course, she went on vacation with ex-husband Charlie Sheen over the holidays, and back in November it was rumored that Denise had reunited former flame Richie Sambora, so it looks like the 40-year-old actress is keeping all of her options open!

Deciding to stay mum on Brooke Mueller's recent drug/assault arrest in Aspen Colorado last weekend, Denise Richards simply smiled as she shopped in Beverly Hills, on Monday.

The Wild Things star has publicly supported Mueller in the past, telling Extra in July, "I give Brooke a lot of credit. I know that she's struggling with her addiction and she wants to be the best mom she can be."

The celeb moms may share an ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, but Denise seems more interested in a quiet life raising her three daughters, while Brooke just can't seem to let go of her hard partying ways.

The troubled mother of two-year-old twins Max and Bob -- who were also in Aspen during the incident -- checked out of her most recent rehab effort in July.

Mueller was released from Pitkin County Jail for suspicion of assault and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, after Sheen allegedly posted $11,000 bail on Sunday.

A hearing is set for Dec. 19.

Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora and Denise Richards have rekindled their romance, according to Us Weekly.

The twosome have been seen going on several dates in recent weeks.

Sambora, 52, and Richards, 40, first began dating in 2006. They split back in 2007 after Richards was accused of breaking up Sambora's relationship with Heather Locklear.

A source tells the mag:

"They've always stayed friends, through everything they've gone through. He's had a rough patch, she's had her own stuff but they're both in a great place right now."

The source adds that the couple is "doing great and happy."

Their reps have yet to return our requests for comment.

Denise Richards announced that she'd adopted new baby girl Eloise in June, and now the actress is revealing the thought process behind her decision.

She explains on her new blog that she started the process two years ago, saying:

"I had always wanted to adopt and had always wanted more children. I needed to make a decision: Do I wait for the right partner or move ahead with my life and do it on my own? I decided to do it on my own."

Richards already had daughters Sam and Lola from her marriage to Charlie Sheen. She recalls that the two-year process was rough. " ... there were many times during that I felt discouraged," she says. "But I always had faith that the right baby would find us (my daughters and me)."

Eloise may only be just a few months old, but she's already a budding fashionista!

Proud mom Denise Richards shared a Twitpic of her darling daughter sporting a pair of $265 Baby Gucci Jeans, with the caption: "Eloise rockin her jeans".

The Wild Things star dressed her girls up to attend a screening of the X Factor at the exclusive Pepsi House in LA, and it appears her girls already have wardrobes that could rival Suri Cruise's.

In other news, Denise's ex-hubby Charlie Sheen recently purchased a home in a gated Malibu community for his family, just six doors down from his own place. Sheen purchased the home so he can visit with daughters Lola, 8, and Sam, 7, as much as possible.

Richards and the kids are expected to move into their new Malibu pad by next week.

Denise Richards is a certainly a multi-tasking mama! The Wild Things star picked up daughters Sam and Lola from tennis lessons in Thousand Oaks, and as always, the 40-year-old actress looked fab!

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife left three-month-old baby Eloise at home while she spent quality time with her two older girls. Ms. Richards certainly knows how to spread her love evenly with her growing family .... while balancing her career at the same time.

Although Denise looks gorgeous, we can't help but notice her extra plump lips. She's always had full, luscious lips, but they're looking mighty large these days. Now THAT'S lip service!
