BREAKING NEWS - Denise Richards Adopts Baby Girl

So that's why we've caught Denise Richards out shopping so much lately -- she just adopted a baby girl!
Richards' rep said in a statement released today:
- "Eloise Joni Richards is named after Denise's mom (Joni) and Denise and her daughters Sami and Lola chose the name Eloise. Denise and Eloise's big sisters couldn't be happier and feel incredibly blessed."
Baby Eloise was born in the U.S., and joins Richard's daughters Sam, 7, and Lola, 5 from her marriage to Charlie Sheen.
Eloise is also the name of the suite at the Plaza Hotel where Denise and her girls were staying when Charlie Sheen had that "allergic reaction" which led him to allegedly lock a hooker in the bathroom of his adjoining room.
