Denise Richards Says She's Not Sure If Charlie Sheen Is Sober

Denise Richards appeared on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live Thursday night and said she can't confirm that ex Charlie Sheen is sober, as he claims.
“I don’t know if he’s sober or not,†Richards said.
Richards also said she's not happy about Sheen’s Violent Torpedo of Truth tour, especially since she’s part of it.
"I've heard he's chosen to use me in part of his tour [material], and that's hurtful,†she said. “But that's his choice ... He can do what he wants in his show."
Apparently the two are far from friendly. “We're not in the best place right now, to be honest with you,†she said. “But I do still communicate with him.â€

Sheen, 45, and his choices are a concern for Richards, 40, because they have two daughters together: Sam, 7, and Lola, 5. Richards says that while she’s met Sheen’s “goddesses,†Rachel Oberlin and Natalie Kenly, Sam and Lola have not.
"This is his lifestyle, and I've accepted it," Richards said. "There's things that I don't think are the most appropriate for two young, impressionable daughters.â€
Sheen also has twins Bob and Max, 2, with Brooke Mueller. Sheen and Mueller, who is struggling with sobriety, are currently in a custody battle over the twins. They appeared in court Tuesday.
Richards told Cohen she's offered her help with the twins. "I put it out several times over the last couple of years that if they need help, I'm here," she said. "I would love the boys to stay and be with the girls."
Richards said she and Mueller haven't spoken lately, but offered words of support. "I give Brooke a lot of credit," she said.
