Denise Richards Shops In Malibu Sporting A Much Darker 'Do

While one Charlie Sheen ex (Brooke Mueller) is reuniting with her twins after leaving rehab, another is shopping her little heart out (kid free!) across town.
Denise Richards stepped out sporting a much darker brunette hue as she shopped in Malibu, hitting up celeb fave boutique Planet Blue on a sunny Tuesday afternoon.
But things aren't all sunny for Richards; she and ex-hubby Sheen have been working on their own custody agreement with daughters Lola and Sam.
Apparently Denise is concerned over the welfare of her kids in Charlie's care, and the troubled actor threatened to go to court, if he did not get the visits he wanted with the girls. Sheen initially wanted their daughters on weekends, but a deal has been worked out, for now.
Let's hope Sheen and his latest ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, can also work out a custody agreement with their twins, Bob and Max. Looks like Sheen's lawyers are going to be busy!
Charlie may need to get another job asap, in addition to selling his Beverly Hills mansion -- his legal bills must be through the roof!
