EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS - Denise Richards' First Outing Since Adopting Baby Girl

Just two days after the announcement Denise Richards adopted a baby girl, the celeb mom took her two biological daughters (with ex-hubby Charlie Sheen) to the dermatologist and then for some Sprinkles cupcakes.
The former Bond girl Tweeted thanks for all the well wishes she's received, writing, "Thank you for all your sweet messages. The girls and I are over the moon and so is my dad Grandpa Irv."
Richards, 40, named the baby girl Eloise Joni, after her mother who passed away three years ago.
