Looks like the rumors are true that Charlie Sheen's ex-wives Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller are quickly becoming BFFs!

On Sunday afternoon we spotted Denise with daughters Sam, Lola and Eloise, and she was also joined by Brooke's twins, Bob and Max. Later we spotted Denise and Brooke together at the Cross Creek shopping mall in Malibu, and it appears as though they did lunch with their five young children.

Charlie recently chose Denise to appear on his new TV series Anger Management, and he said in an interview about her casting, "She is still a knock out and that's what the part called for, and I can deal with her directly not through her agent, which was good." Charlie added, "She looked great and it was fun to do that in front of our children, get them to see what their parents do for living, what pays for all those toys!"

They may have divorced in 2006, but newly-single exes Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are still good friends, who also enjoy taking vacations together!

The former couple are in The Big Apple for business/pleasure, and we spotted the proud parents escorting daughters Lola, 7, and Sam, 8, to their hotel -- they prefer the Eloise suite at The Ritz! -- before attending the premiere of Richard's new film, Madea's Witness Protection, on Monday night.

Denise looked drop dead gorgeous in a skintight green sequin dress, while the Two and a Half Men star looked dapper in a suit and tie -- no wonder he still enjoys trips with his ex!

Richards is set to make a guest appearance as Sheen's love interest on his new FX show, Anger Management, and they even share an onscreen kiss!

Sheen recently admitted in this month's issue of Rolling Stone on rekindling the romance with his ex: "She still looks f-cking great. Do I want to? Yeah! Does she? Don't know."

Denise Richards took daughters Sam and Lola shopping in Calabasas on Friday afternoon, shortly after officially announcing her split from Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora.

The former Bond girl and mother-of-three revealed on The Talk this week of her recent ex, "We aren't dating, but as a lot of people have seen, I stay very friendly with my exes. All of them."

Richards still remains friends with her ex-husband and daughter's father, Charlie Sheen, and they still go on family vacations together, and he recently told Rolling Stone that he still fantasizes about having sex with her!

The hot mamma of three looked picture perfect in a long white sundress and a matching belt, as she enjoyed her holiday weekend with a shopping trip in Malibu with her daughters, on Saturday afternoon.

Richards is gearing up to reunited with her ex hubby Charlie Sheen, on his new FX series, Anger Management, and she'll play his love interest!

"I saw a sneak peek of the first episode and it's really funny. I did a table read last week," the actress revealed to Extra.

Daughters Sam and Lola stayed home, perhaps so Richards could have some bonding time with her adopted girl.

Recently, Richards has made headlines after rekindling her romance with rocker (and ex-hubby of her former BFF Heather Locklear), Richie Sambora. The pair have been inseparable recently and even hit the red carpet earlier this week at a charity event in Beverly Hills for Midnight Mission.

Sambora told reporters at the 12th Annual Golden Hearts Awards event Monday night, he admired Denise for adopting: "That is just a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful thing. When she did that, it just made me fall in love with her more for god sakes."

Denise Richards is getting her girls started young! The former Mrs. Charlie Sheen, who's now co-staring with her ex in his new sit-com Anger Management, took daughters Sam, Lola and baby Eloise shopping at the Malibu Country Mart Sunday.

Richards brought her dad along to help with the kids and the gang went to the playground and enjoyed the sunny Malibu Sunday.

The adopted Eloise seems to fit in perfectly with this feminine family ... and check out Sam's t-shirt -- she's promoting adoption, even if it is for pets. But still, how cute!

Charlie Sheen's ex stopped by The Grove to chat with Extra about a pink and gold peep-toe sling-back that she designed called the Eloise ... named after her daughter she adopted last year.

The pump, sold through ShoeDazzle, was created for the company's Celebrity Shoe Design Initiative for Charlity.

All of the profits will go towards the Kidney Cancer Association. Richards lost her mother to the disease in 2007.

Last night Denise Richards and Patrick Muldoon had dinner at Madeo, and photogs on the scene observed that they showed up to the restaurant arm-in-arm and looked like more than just friends.

The duo have reportedly been spending quite a bit of time together over the past few months, and Muldoon even met Denise’s adopted daughter Eloise Joni over the summer.
