Denise was her usual smiling self when we caught up with her last Saturday, just one day after two photogs filed suit against her for assault after she allegedly called them names and thew their laptop over a hotel balcony while shooting the film "Blonde and Blonder" in Vancouver. Although Denise has admitted to hurling the computer and said that it was a "big mistake," we still find it hard to believe this cutie could lose her cool without being provoked! She's always been nothing but perfectly gracious and composed whenever we've seen her!
