Denise is so severe looking... almost haggard. What makes her even less attractive is that she is completely full of herself. There's no contest, in fact I can't believe you'd even compare these two. Kate all the way.

I love Kate Beckinsale. She always looks good. She has a good taste in styling. That's some talent, too. And she dresses for occasion. She doesn't wear ridiculously nonfunctional clothes like Posh.

Denise Richards? If you are a so so actor, and you can't even manage to look good on your own without makeup, hair and wardrobe people, you have no business in showbiz.

Kate is a terrible actress and oddly enamored of herself. She's very plain looking, even with the 'alterations.'

These competitions are silly. But, Denise seems to enjoy her kids and is dressed for playing with them and hanging. Kate looks dressed for the cameras and promoting herself. It's odd she's had great roles because her acting is poor. She doesn't have charisma. Whiteout would've been a good movie with a different actress. She seems the kind of actress that makes them say women can't star in films, but they cast the wrong actress. Women unfairly are given less room for movie failure than men. It's frustrating for women who want to watch more women starring in film. Denise doing Playboy was lame but she undid/reduced some of the plastic surgery and seems more genuine. Kate looks like fake surgery but is still average and trying too hard

I think you caught Denise off guard, she's alot prettier than that and usually a better dresser. Tose pants belong in the garbage. Kate looks real good, but she wouldn't look any better than Denise wearing those ugly pants. Denise would look superb in the outfit Kate is wearing; I go for Denise for beauty any time.
