But where the heck was his wife, Avril Lavigne?!
Could those divorce rumors really be true? We haven't photographed Avril and hubby Deryck Whibley together in months, but we did snap the Sum 41 frontman with a mystery gal last night at Boa steakhouse!
So...are Avril and Deryck dunzo, or was this just a friendly dinner meeting?

she is a dancer at the cheetah club! i once rang her door bell! now he must be....
It's probably a cousin or something. LOL
Regardless, I think that Deryck and Avril are perfect for each other. Both write songs aimed straight at kids in their early teens, and despite being double that age, have managed to develop personal styles that allow them to fit right in with that crowd.

Considering he just spent god knows how much time producing avril's new record that is coming out in november, they are probably not getting divorced. I agree with the other person, she looks old enough to be his mother.
Avril and Deryck was at Madeo july 20. But know Avril have been in St. Tropez for atleast 5 days with her friends. So they are fine.
Avril and Deryck were photographed a week ago, dumb dumbs, and while it's not his mother, she sure looks like his mother. It looks like a MEETING to me.
People of the opposite sex can go out together. X17 is the only site that accuses everybody of dating/having an affair just because people together are of the oppposite sex(same sex in every Sam and Lindsay story). Usually the person is a relative, business, or gay.
ok she totally looks like him. same eyes, same eyebrow shapes, i think maybe its his sister or even a cousin. They don't look intimate at all. They never touch.
Poor Jon. He can't seem to get a break these days. Now X17 is accusing him of knocking up this women with whom he has only had a business relationship. Oh, that's Erick, er uhm, DurYick. :/
