BREAKING NEWS - Desperate Housewives' Ricardo Chavira Arrested On Suspicion of DUI

Eva Longoria's TV husband on Desperate Housewives, Ricardo Chavira, was pulled over this morning in Los Angeles and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Chavira was pulled over shortly after 2am and was given a sobriety test.
The LAPD says the ABC star failed the test and was arrested at 2:20am.
The 39-year-old actor is currently being held at the Van Nuys jail on $25,000 bail.
Should have hired a driver.
