Dina Lohan is ready to get in front of the cameras with a brand new show called Drama Mamas ... a series in which Lindsay's mom will help navigate future Broadway stars to stardom.

As for the title of the show, Drama Mamas, Dina wasn't too thrilled about it at first. She tells X17 exclusively:

"The title is more about dramatic arts and not so much about a drama-filled mother. The moms of these talented kids are so skillful. And if anyone knows their way around this business, it's me. I know how to navigate them through the waters."

Dina, who describes the show as "Smash meets High School Musical," also tells us that there's a good possibility her daughters Lindsay and Ali will appear on a few episodes. Michael Lohan's ex adds:

"I know my daughter will do anything I say to help out. Lindsay loves kids. All my kids love to see the journey as well, and Lindsay talks to kids on the street to encourage them. They're really behind me."

Ms. Lohan isn't a fan of being labeled a "momager." Dina says:

"I hate the name momager. Too me, it doesn't sound pretty. I was never that person. I was a single mom. Lindsay had to go to my dance classes with me. I pulled Lindsay out of the business after Parent Trap for six years. Drama Mamas is a perfect fit. Where I've come from and where I've taken my kids, no one knows about drama more than me."

Good looks definitely run in the family -- can you believe Lindsay Lohan's mom is 49?!

Yesterday we spotted Dina Lohan lunching and shopping at the Grove in Los Angeles, and she flashed us a quick smile as she strutted around the outdoor mall. Dina has been helping Lilo move in to her new Beverly Hills pad, and we wouldn't be surprised if Ali ends up crashing at the mansion as well. Too bad they aren't doing a Living Lohan reunion -- we're guessing these three ladies would have plenty of drama in their daily lives!

Lindsay Lohan's mom, Dina, is opening up about her daughter's upcoming Playboy shoot. She tells The Insider:

"It was an opportunity for her. … She's 25 years old now, so it was her ultimate decision. … It will be tastefully done. … I've seen [the photos]. … She's really great in front of the camera."

As for her recent community service at the LA County Morgue, Dina adds:

"She witnessed a lot of things that were traumatizing. But certainly we're at a fortunate place; I worked so hard to get to where we are, and there are so many people dealing with far worse than I'm dealing with, so I really can't cry in my life, because my kids are healthy and happy and there are so many other people that aren't. So we just have to grab our blessings when we can."

Dina, who admits Lindsay made a mistake back in 2007 by driving under the influence, says she can't wait to put the court drama behind her because "it's been four years of torture ... we just want this over."

Liv Tyler's mom and one time manager, Bebe Buell, is not a fan of how Dina Lohan raised Lindsay ... and she's talking about her disapproval of Lilo's upbringing to Steppin' Out magazine.

Buell, who had Liv with rocker Steven Tyler, tells the mag:

"Dina Lohan's relationship with her daughter Lindsay disturbs me. I don't see a mother and a daughter there. If my beautiful daughter was like that.... I mean Lindsay and Liv were practically born on the same day ... But if my baby girl got that screwed up I would NOT allow to make her own decisions. I'm sorry!"

The 1974 Playboy Playmate of the Month, who says she could help Lilo win an Oscar under her guidance, adds, "What her mother has done with Lindsay is morally wrong and disgusting. She should back off."

Lindsay, who? Dina Lohan looked like she was ready to steal the spotlight from her famous daughter during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York City.

Mama Lohan made her way to the fashion shows Tuesday morning decked out in a cobalt blue lace mini.

The Lohan clan has had a week fitting for the always dramatic fashion week. A few days ago, pictures of a very skinny Ali Lohan emerged, prompting rumors that the 17-year-old model had work done. However, Dina insists Ali just had a growth spurt.

Then last Friday, Lindsay caused a stir at her own fashion week appearance. A photographer -- thinking Lilo was actually Donatella Versace -- walked down the runway at the Cynthia Rowley show to try to get a picture, which was strictly forbidden. He was then thrown out, a move that was applauded by Lindsay and the rest of the crowd.

Would it be a week in the life of the Lohans if it wasn't full of fashion and drama?

What do you do when everyone's questioning every move you make? Smile, smile, smile!

At least that's what a skinny-looking Dina Lohan did while visiting a friend in Los Angeles Monday ... and wearing a super short blue dress!

The last few days have been even crazier than usual for Lindsay Lohan's mom. First, Dina was Lilo's date to Kim Kardashian's wedding in Montecito, Calif. August 20. Later that week, word got out that the New York native is trying to raise $5 million to produce a movie that would star her oldest son Michael Lohan.

And now, Dina's youngest son Cody has been receiving threatening phone calls. Nassau County police have been surrounding the area near the Lohan's Long Island home, but Dina is still in Los Angeles and not back on the East Coast with her sons.

After dining at Mr. Chow's in Hollywood, Lindsay's mom lost her footing ... then nearly got tackled by her own security guy. Yikes!

Dina Lohan was all smiles standing next to Carvel Ice Cream's mascot Fudgie the Whale while the two were promoting ProticaCares healthy eating program in Long Island.

The healthy program has been created to teach kids the importance of balancing a healthy diet while occasionally enjoying sweet treats ... like Carvel Ice Cream.

Dina Lohan, a longtime fan of Carvel, was on hand at Long Island Elementary School to kick off the program. Carvel Ice Cream has agreed to send a variety of their tasty cakes to a different children's hospital or U.S. grade schools every week for the next 75 years.

ProticaCares released the following statement:

"2010 was a very good year for Protica, so I wanted to do something that speaks to the mission of the company – to enhance life through nutrition – and do it in a way that teaches our children about healthy diets and lifestyles."

In our interview with Lindsay's mom, she talks about bad eating habits ... like eating too much fast food. Dina tells X17online exclusively:

"My kids eat it. They drive me once a week, and I'm like, you can't eat this. Even those establishments are making healthy choices for kids, at those fast food places, but it's really important to exercise and good health ... and just being aware."
