Black Velvet, If You Please

paris fashion week shopping Dita Von Teese sunglasses legsOnly Dita Von Teese could rock a black velvet, puffy-sleeved power-suit and still look fab.

The first lady of burlesque is in Paris for the shows, natch, and we snapped her looking picture perfect outside of a book store on Rivoli Street in Paris.

Loves!

She's such a fashionable reader!

Any way you look at it, this woman is just a stupid stripper.
Stop giving her any mention.

She annoys the hell out of me.

Puke. Some women fall into the stripper scene out of economic necessity but this stupid cow actually chose it as her life's profession.

Marilyn Manson's reject - how much lower can it get.

I don't care what she choses to do for a living. But for God's sake, stop writing articles about her. And she does not deserve a front row seat at fashion shows either, put her in the back where she belongs.

Love how "anonymous" spent 25 minutes fuming. Can you say LOSER?

She is perfection. I am a huge fan of hers. Burlesque is stripping with style. She's fantastic and has incredible taste. She is always dressed wonderfully with all the glamour of the 1940s and that is why designers love her. Duh. Who deserves to be at the fashion shows then? Lindsay Lohan? Paris Hilton? Kim Kardashian? Please. And why are you so upset about it anyway... it's not like she's taking your seat at the shows.

Glamour? How old are you? Burlesque strippers were seen as seedy broads in the last century, and they still are.
Good taste, my ass.

Vampira! This beatch is weird.

In another 10 years her looks will be shot to hell. She already looks too OLD and wears a ton of makeup. Gross.

Dita has style. She is a decent girl with different taste. I have always liked her and she never lets her fans down. Go Dita :)

Marilyn can ONLY DREAM of having someone like Dita back in his life. Instead he goes for the chick half his age...he couldn't live up to a REAL woman...Go Dita for leaving that loser behind!

Dita only reminds me of lebi.an__pornog.raphic___movies...
That's baiscally what she is famous for...
And the fact that she was dumped by Marilym Manson...

I'm old enough to not let other people ruffle my feathers the way she's ruffling yours. Yes, burlesque dancers were "seedy," so were pin-ups. So what? Most things that are worth while in life were at some point including jazz, rock and roll, as well as various art and literature. They are still hot, sexy, and yes, glamorous. Have you seen her costumes, set designs, choreography, and wardrobe? Obviously, you know very little about fashion and shouldn't be as concerned about where she sits at a show.

I am a person that dresses in that style everyday. I wear vintage dresses, jewelry, shoes, purses, pin curl my hair daily and am in love with the style of the 30s, 40s, 50s.

If you're not into her here's a suggestion: just scroll down next time there is a post about her and don't waste your life getting yourself all in a huff about her or picking fights with strangers. Easy peasy!
