Another one bites the dust!

Kimora Lee Simmons is single once again after splitting with partner Djimon Hounsou. The couple were together for more than five years and share son Kenzo, 3.

"Djimon Hounsou and Kimora Lee Simmons have officially separated after 5+ years together," the actor's rep confirmed to X17online.

"There have been quite a few hurtful rumors circulating. The truth is Djimon and I have been separated for some time. We have remained happy, loving, co-parenting friends and family. We all have much to be thankful for," Simmons wrote on her Twitter page Wednesday.

The pair began dating in 2007 after the model's breakup with rap mogul Russell Simmons. Although the Too Fab creative director said at the time they were "kind of" engaged, she never made it down the aisle with her Amistad beau.

No further details have been released at this time.

Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou may have gotten married over the summer, but it's probably not legal here in the US - at least not yet!

According to the NY Daily News, the Baby Phat mogul and the Oscar nominated hottie were "married" in a traditional African ceremony last summer while visiting Djimon's native Benin, Africa.

“Both Kimora and Djimon wore traditional dashikis,” says the paper.

“She went whole hog with the African theme − there were African drums, a traditional ceremony with dancers . . . they even had a hut." That definitely sounds like a Kimora Lee production, right?

One little catch to the festivities, which were attended by Kimora's cute kids Aoki and Ming, she was still married to Russell Simmons at the time!! (That divorce was finalized in January 2009)

Details, right?

Well, now that Kimora's officially divorced (not to mention totes preggers) the two are apparently planning to make it official here in the states.

Djimon has reportedly been spotted cruising the ring counter at a posh Beverly Hills jewelry store.

Kimora Lee Simmons is pregnant!!

The Baby Phat Mogul and boyfriend Djimon Hounsou will welcome their first child together later this year, Us magazine reports.

It was just yesterday that we spotted the couple having lunch in Beverly Hills and in the picture above you can kinda see the beginnings of a baby bump that Kimora tries to shield with her huge shiny yellow Birkin bag.

We spotted the Hole-y terror gliding out of Hyde in the company of none other than Lily Allen (who seems much more at ease with the paparazzi than when we last caught her). Given the brash young Brit's tendencies (remember the fight she picked with Amy Winehouse?), we think it's a match made in heaven - well, until they turn on each other, that is!

But Courtney and Lily weren't the only celebs out on the town last night - we also noticed Rumer Willis at Teddy's and Parc, a Mischa-less Cisco Adler at Hyde, and both mega-producer Jerry Bruckheimer and the dynamic duo of Djimon Honsou and Kimora Lee Simmons dining at Mr. Chow's. And believe it or not, there were others too - we're saving last night's most uproarious encounter for its own post!
