Be real, we all know why Donnie won it and the others did not. I did not expect Kelley or Mya. The spot had already been carved out for Donny. Afer Marie, they went out recruit Donnie. You think they were not going to let one of their spokeperson win it. The judges picked the the last dance for each couple to dance. They pick the dance that each had scored high on except for one couple.

Ok, seriously. Let's be real here. They say it all the time. This show is about improvement and learning the actual technique and becoming a part of the dance. Donny Osmond is an ENTERTAINER. He is NOT a DANCER. Mya is the one who went into the competition and actually BECAME a ballroom dancer. She has great technique, beautiful lines and she nails her dances EVERY SINGLE TIME.

So her freestyle wasn't off the charts and soooo entertaining like Donny's. Big deal. That's one dance. And people who are making noise about "she messed up where it counts", that's trash. The show is supposed to be about measuring improvement and talent and if it's really based on one dance, the that completely defeats the entire purpose of the show. It's like school. You spend weeks and weeks learning something, and if on the day of the test you get sick or something happens that causes you to fail, you're marked as a failure despite all your hard work. Is that fair? No. The freestyle should just be a way to really just show how far you come, it should NOT be the means by which you make your FINAL decision. You have to look at everything else, and when you do,you realize that Mya should have won. She has been on top from the very beginning. Even when Lynn was giving her bad critics, everyone else was applauding her and viewers were voting for her every single week. Donny has stumbled through his routines and messed up quite a number of times. But people ignore that and say, oh he's Donny Osmond. He's an entertainer. He's great. Entertainer and dancer. BIG difference and that's what a lot of people don't realize.

Furthermore, Joanna was a FAR better dancer than him, and even Kelly. From she was voted off, I knew it was going to be a big joke when they announced who won. And it always ends up like that. The person who deserves to win, who actually gets the point of the show and learns how to actually perfect the specific art that is ballroom dancing is always cheated.

It happened last season, with Gilles and DeShaun. Don't get me wrong, the girl's sweet but Gilles was a far superior dancer. She won because she's America's Sweetheart poster child and not because she actually accomplished what you're supposed to in the show. Like Mya, Gilles perfected his technique, he learned everything, he BECAME a dancer. DeShaun, like Donny, stumbled through her dances and managed to squeeze her way into the top spot because of who she is and not what she did.

Bruno lied BIG TIME when he said that Donny got by not because of who he is. That is exactly how he got by. That's how most of the people in this show last so long. Their following. The people who vote for them ignore their faults and do them a dis-service by keeping them in for so long when they don't accomplish the dances like expected. It happened with Marie Osmond. That woman was bad. She didn't deserve to make it as far as she did, yet she did. And why? Because of who she is. She should have never made it to the finals and neither should have Donny.

Donny deserves to win it. He had to work extra hard for it. Unlike Mya, who pretty much gave the impression her sexiness had already won her that trophy.

Donny won because it was in his contract to win. That was the deal. Anyone with any brains knows all the reality shows are scripted and nothing is left up to chance especially the winner.

Mya deserved to win. I watched her performances since day 1 and she continued making remarkable improvements in her dances and nailing her dances with a perfect score. Donny should have not won, come on he even sung a solo during the final night. He has also been a part of the TV show Entertainment Tonight where he get's continued exposure. I watched Donny since day 1 and he should have not even been one of the finals. But we know how it goes, it was unfair and that was my last year watching that show. Mya was so much better and Kelly also made remarkable improvements. Mya you are the winner in many of our hearts.

I have been a fan of Donny for awhile; he gave a good effort and won; but I believe an unknown should have been given the chance; he achieved his claim to fame; AND THEY CALLED IT PUPPY LOVE; let someone else enjoy the glory; i love him as an entertainer;thats my favorite role of him.And he does it well.
