They're still battling it out!

Chris Brown and Drake are now suing each other over their June brawl at W.i.P. nightclub in New York City.

Romain Julien, a French model, filed a lawsuit against Brown and Drake after he reportedly suffered injuries during the fight, and now both of the singers have filed their own legal docs, trying to pin the blame on one another.

You see, if one of them is determined to be responsible for the fight, then they'll have to pay damages if Julien wins in court.

Drake may have sold over 5 million albums and his most recent tour earned more than $42 million, and now the 25-year-old rapper has achieved another milestone -- getting his GED!

Drake dropped out of high school at the age of 15 to pursue a career in showbusiness, and yesterday he tweeted,"One of the greatest feelings in my entire life. As of tonight I have graduated high school!"

The former Degrassi: The Next Generation star added, "97per cent on my final exam. 88per cent in the course. Thank you to my teacher Kim Janzen for spending the last 5 months working tirelessly with me!! OVO SOUND."

Temper tantrums never go unpunished... or at least they shouldn't!

Chris Brown and Drake were sued Wednesday over a nightclub brawl that erupted between the two R&B star's entourages back in June at Greenhouse in NYC. Entertainment Enterprises, the company with ties to the swanky establishment, wants them to be held responsible for the incident, which left multiple people injured and spurred a series of lawsuits, including a $20 million claim from NBA star Tony Parker.

Although Brown and Drake were not directly involved in the bottle-throwing chaos, Entertainment Enterprises believes they are at fault for doing nothing to stop the confrontation, which they believe was started over pop singer Rihanna. "It's their posse, and they're in charge, and to the extent that they could have controlled or dissipated whatever was going on, we don't believe they did," explained lawyer Andrew T. Miltenberg.

Both Brown and Drake's reps had no comment on the $16 million lawsuit, which cites bad publicity as cause for a lost $4 million deal to license the Greenhouse name, in addition to other lost wages, pricey lawsuits, and a potential nixed liquor license.

Drake is the proud owner of a sick $7.7 million estate in the ritzy area of Hidden Hills.

The rapper's new pad sits on three acres ... and is loaded with goodies.

Drake revealed that he and Rihanna recorded a duet for her upcoming album, Loud.

“I just did this great song with Rihanna so I hope we get to shoot a video for that too, he told MTV earlier this week. "I’m really excited about that song.”

Drake had previously said he felt like Rihanna played him just like he plays other girls when they briefly dated earlier this year. Looks like he got over it!
