Drew And Justin Totally Back Together!

Remember when we spotted them at the Farmer's Market and Justin had a mark that looked suspiciously like a hickey on his neck?

Now we have even more proof they're totally an item again after spotting Drew Barrymore holding hands with Justin Long after last night's Green Day concert in LA.

Looks like they could be back together for good!
