Drew Barrymore is officially engaged!

The Never Been Kissed star has just released a personal engagement photo with new fiancé, art consultant Will Kopelman, which also shows off her beautiful new e-ring!

The classic radiant-cut diamond is approximately 4 carats, and is set on a diamond-covered band, which was exclusively designed by Graff Diamonds, according to People.

The son of the former CEO of Chanel, Arie Kopelman, popped the question over the holidays, while the pair were vacationing in Sun Valley, Idaho.

They look so happy and in love!

Drew Barrymore is tying the knot with beau Will Kopelman, according to Us.

Kopelman, 34, popped the question to the 36-year-old Charlie's Angels star while the two were vacationing in Sun Valley, Idaho for the Christmas holiday.

A source tells the mag, "He's madly in love and knows she's The One."

The two have been an item since 2010, but split up for a brief time before reuniting.

Drew was previously married to bar owner Jeremy Thomas in 1994 and Tom Green in 2001. Her recent boyfriends have included fellow actor Justin Long and Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti.

"She's my sister, but we bro out and have crazy adventures. I always know that she's game. That's been a big part of our friendship, knowing that she'll throw down at any time, as well as that sisterly love that we have."

Drew Barrymore has moved on from her actor boyfriend Justin Long to Will Kopelman and the twosome couldn't keep their hands off each other at the Lakers game last night. Not only did the couple kiss courtside all night, Drew and Will kept making out at Joan's on Third earlier in the week!

Drew Barrymore turned 36 on Tuesday, and yesterday we spotted the actress and her new boyfriend Will Kopelman sharing a belated birthday lunch at Joan's on Third in West Hollywood. Kopelman is the son of former Chanel CEO Arie Kopelman, and he's currently working as an art consultant.

Later in the evening the duo dined at E. Baldi Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills, so it looks like Drew's having an amazing birthday week! We're dying to know what kind of presents Will got his lady love ... hopefully he spoiled her rotten!

Of her relaxed lifestyle, Drew tells the mag, “I actually really love to lie in bed, watch TV, be a total sloth, and eat my favorite food: Kraft macaroni and cheese. Last night I was watching The Next Food Network Star, eating mac and cheese, and feeling grand. And that was after I wore a sequined Givenchy gown with giant holes cut out of it.” Drew continued, “I feel like some of my baby fat is going away. and that’s not just physically, it’s psychologically. I think that your body is in tune with your mind and your spirituality and your heart. If things are going better, I just think you look better.”
