EXCLUSIVE VIDEO - Mark Ballas On Critics Of Chaz Bono: "Leave Him Alone!"

Dancing With The Stars' Mark Ballas and celebrity partner Kristin Cavallari may be competing against Chaz Bono on the ABC show's upcoming season, but the dancing duo are defending Chaz to the end!
Since it was announced that Bono would compete on the show, critics have sent out vicious backlash because Bono, formerly Chastity Bono, changed his sex.
Our photogs caught up with the competitors as they headed to rehearsal today, where Mark Ballas told us:
- "They [critics] should leave him alone! He's a wonderful person."
Chaz's mom, Cher, has also spoken out against critics.

Sorry when you put yourself in the spotlight, there is always negative comments.
There's just something about calling her 'he'. It just sounds wrong.
He has the same right as everyone else to compete in DWTS. He has gone through a sex change operation which now makes him a man. All of the back lash DWTS and he is receiving is just from people who have nothing better to do with their lives.
He has put himself in the spotlight by appearing on talk shows etc in hopes of helping others that suffer from the same condition he has all of his life.
He is no longer a woman, so 4:35, unless you are a Doctor, you do not know what you are talking about. Leave God and religion out of it.

All the bullies have come out of the woodwork to attack this person that they don't even know. Bullies always have low self esteem and feel think they will feel superior by attacking others. They are hateful, bigots who are miserable in their own lives.
Chaz Is a big boy (girl), he can take care of himself. I don't have to approve of his life choices personally to wish him well. It's his body. I wish him luck with the weight loss.
