Gossip Girl has become our favorite Monday night ritual - following the mischievous shenanigans of NYC's Upper East side elite. (Sorry The Hills, we're kinda over you!) And the most fascinating characters on the show, of course, are Chuck and Blair. They're kinda like the TV version of Cruel Intentions' Sebastian (Ryan Phillippe) and Kathryn (Sarah Michelle Gellar), right? But who in Hollywood is ACTUALLY like these people?
Maybe Paris Hilton or Lauren Conrad for Blair, but what about Chuck? Is a real-life parallel even possible?!?
