Eddie Cibrian Says Wife LeAnn Rimes' Body Is "Perfect"

LeAnn Rimes gets plenty of flack for her skinny bod, but hubby Eddie Cibrian is not only coming to her defense ... he's calling her "perfect."
Cibrain told Extra:
- "I think she looks wonderful. She is very healthy, and, to me, perfect."
OK, we have to admit -- that's cute.
LeAnn has also been getting some backlash on Twitter for her stepmom status -- see what one follower said, and how LeAnn responded, after the jump!
LeAnn was recently spotted out and about with Eddie and his boys -- her stepsons. She's been Tweeting about being a stepmom, including sending compliments to StepMomMagazine for its content. But one Twitter follower, @Remarriageworks, Tweeted:
- "@leannrimes "What a good stepmom!" for shopping w/ stepsons. More to being a good stepmom than shopping. Let's hear it."
LeAnn, an avid Tweeter, took the time to respond, saying:
- "since you don't live in our lives and that's all a magazine reported....do not judge. Your nasty comments aren't 'smart.'"
