Elisabetta Canalis and gal pal Afef Jnifen hit the streets of Milan for a shopping spree over the weekend, and it looks like George Clooney's absence didn't bother the Italian beauty one bit. I mean, she knows she's going to the Oscars with him, so it's not like she's got much to worry about!
