Captivity star Elisha Cuthbert was leaving Mr. Chow last night when a man accidentally fell amidst a swarm of paps. The young starlet graciously helped him up and got a restaurant employee to call an ambulance for the fellow.

Hey, any good person would do just what she did!

Elisha Cuthbert popped up in Hawaii yesterday afternoon with her boyfriend Dion Phaneuf of the Calgary Flames - hey, the Flames may have gotten bounced from the playoffs, but a trip to the beach with Elisha's one heck of a consolation prize!

The 24 starlet was initially a little shy around the paps, but loosened up over the course of the day. Heck, by the end of the day Elisha was practically flagging the paps down to snap her picture - and naturally, we were only too happy to oblige!

As you can imagine, Elisha was looking stupendously hot in her sexy little bikini - in fact, we had to put together a gallery just to contain it all!

What happened to Elisha Cuthbert's career? With TV's 24 and starring in hit teen flicks like The Girl Next Door, the Canadian native was poised to be a big breakout star.

Guess Captivity didn't help things.

Well, not all her old habits, of course - Paris Hilton may have toured Hollywood's hottest clubs (first the Green Door, then Hyde) looking stunning and in the company of a famous friend (in this case, her old pal Elisha Cuthbert and her sister Nicky), but she seemed so much more mature than we've seen her in the past! Regina George (played by the magnificent Rachel McAdams) had quite the following in Mean Girls, or as they were called in the movie, an "Army of Skanks." And since young Hollywood is a lot like high school - and the city's reigning queen bees are currently incarcerated or detoxing - who will take over as leader during these hot and sultry summer months? There are definitely a few prime possibilities... These two are choice candidates - they might even get into a cat fight over claiming the title! Both are hot, rising talent, but Hayden Panettiere (who has a bit more flair slash attitude) is probably favored over Amanda Bynes, who still feels like the cute girl next door. Not that there's anything wrong with that!Elisha Cuthbert and Mischa Barton have been around the block and back!, but is this finally their chance to shine? Barton was recently in the news for an alleged pass out/overdose emergency hospital trip and Cuthbert has Captivity coming out. Maybe Summer '07 will have at least one of them ruling the Sunset strip. Wow, these young stars are growing up so quickly! That's Britney's sis Jamie Lynn Spears and that's Julia Roberts' niece Emma. Who's hotter? -- and more importantly, who's more likely to get in trouble at a nightclub because in the end, isn't that really what it's all about?

Elisha Cuthbert debuted her new Dorothy Hamill-ish 'do at Mr. Chow, where she signed a few autographs before speeding off in a Ferrari with a friend (where's Sean?) for BFF Paris Hilton's house party! When we asked her about her upcoming projects, she stuck out her tongue at us! Maybe she's just been in Captivity for too long!

...Elisha Cuthbert was reminding the world just how much better she looks with short hair! We spotted the 24 ingenue trying to sneak out of Greenblatt's Deli instead of parading out the front door at Hyde - but after enduring her, er, unfortunate extensions, we jumped at the chance to shoot her looking cute!

We also spotted Michelle Rodriguez and a couple of girlfriends, Tricky, and Borat's Ken Davitian. Frankly, we're a little shocked to see Ken showing his face in public after That Scene in Borat!

Last night, Kirsten Dunst partied at Teddy’s, one of the places to be seen in Hollywood, but didn’t want anyone to see her! She complained about the paps and covered her face when she ducked into a friend’s car. Jenna Jameson and Tito Ortiz were at a party at Social, as was Elisha Cuthbert, who finally ditched those ugly extentions and seemed a little overwhelmed at the amount of people who wanted her autograph! Stacy Keibler met up with friends at Teddy’s, and David Faustino picked up a woman a foot taller than him outside the club.

Paris and Elisha evidentally spent almost the entire weekend together (wonder if Kim's jealous?!), with a large chunk of that time being devoted to a marathon shopping session! After lunching at Toast on 3rd, the odd couple hit up three stores on that street, Petro Zillia (where Paris made a quick change), Milk and Room Service! But the girls didn't stop there, they also visited a vintage store on Melrose before heading home.

BFFs Paris and Elisha started their Friday night at Les Deux, and ended up partying at a house party in the Hills until 4am! When they were leaving, a guy leaned out of a car and screamed “I love The Girl Next Door!” (Elisha's most famous movie) and Elisha screamed back “f*ck you!”

Seems Paris has found a new friend, "24's" Elisha Cuthbert, and boy aren't they a perfect match! (Kinda like Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts.) Just watch out, Elisha, Paris changes friends like she changes clothes -- Friday night, the heiress went to two different clubs in two different outfits. Elisha must have been having second thoughts about chopping her hair, because when we saw her out at Katsuya last night, she was sporting some extensions! A Pixie cut is not easy to pull off, but I think Elisha's one of the few people who made it work!

Last night was a bad night for bad guys at Hyde - we spotted 24's Elisha Cuthbert, CSI's Gary Dourdan, and NYPD Blue's Esai Morales going in and coming out! We also spotted Natalie Walker, who's got absolutely nothing to do with fighting crime (real or fake) but looked too fine to leave out!

The stars were all in the Valley at the Bare Elegance Amateur Night, watching the "Soccer Mom Striptease Contest"...Okay, they were at Hyde, but doesn't that sound more interesting? Lucy Lawless showed up with David Foster (Celebrity Duets judge and Brody Jenner's ex-stepdad!)...are these two a new (old) couple? Elisha Cuthbert was all smiles when she showed up with a girlfriend, but was decidely less amused when a valet mixed up her and boyfriend Sean Avery's (LA Kings) keys! E.T.'s formerly adorable Henry Thomas is all grown up and looking a little tore up. Laguna Beach and The Hills star (not that you can really call him that) Jason Wahler showed up with two random girls...Is this guy old enough to drink? And comedian Paul Rodriguez is as surprised to be caught on film as we are to see him!
