Ellen DeGeneres Flips Brad Pitt's Former Malibu Beach Pad For $1 Million Profit

Just six months after plunking down $12 million for Brad Pitt's Malibu beach pad, Ellen DeGeneres is flipping it for a $1-million profit.
The talk show host has sold the luxury location to cosmetics mogul Victoria Jackson.
Atop a cliff in northern Malibu, the window-wrapped home has 180-views of the Pacific, a lap pool and a remodel kitchen. Brad, an architectural and interior design lover outfitted the house with 70's furniture.
Ellen and wife Portia de Rossi made other real estate changes recently ... the couple downsized from their main home, selling their Hollywood mansion for $49 million to Ryan Seacrest and picking up a more manageable 8500-square-foot home in Trousdale Estates for $18 million.
