Jermaine Jackson Opens Up On Conrad Murray Verdict With Ellen

Now that a verdict has finally been reached in Michael Jackson's murder trial, brother Jermaine is ready to talk!
The former Jackson 5 member stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show (dressed just like Ellen!) to speak out on the jury's verdict, and what it meant to the Jackson fam.
When Ellen asked if MJ had been keeping his addiction a secret, Jermaine replied:
- "No, he wasn’t addicted. There was an addiction to Demerol in 2001 in… the early 2000’s but that was because of pain. Even during the autopsy report there was no addiction to any of that. Michael just wanted to sleep. He did not want to die. He trusted the doctor and the negligence and everything. It’s really sad because we lost an incredible person. To see and hear the verdict…My Mother cried and we consoled her and the fans were cheering and everything but it’s not bringing Michael back. We lost a brother."
And what kind of sentence does Jermaine want for Murray?
- "I think the sentencing was very soft. I mean you would probably do more time if you stole. If you went into the hospital and stole cases of Propofol you would probably do more time then. And to give him two years for taking a life. Forget about Michael Jackson but taking anyone’s life. But it happens to be my brother who loved the world and loved people and did so much for the world….He cared about people, human beings, children."
Murray is currently in custody at the Twin Towers Correction Facility in Los Angeles, where he'll remain pending his Nov. 29 sentencing.
Unfortunately for the Jackson fam, the Doctor may be granted just a year of house arrest due to jail overcrowding in California.

now that the trial is over the Jackson clan has about 1 week to "talk" abt MJ then fade back into obscurity . . . please. The nonsense that MJ wasn't addicted. How would his siblings really know? There were cut off from him except for Janet.
Nawh I didn't tease, scorn, envy, hate, back stab, take every advantage I could to plague and bug the hell outta Michael all my life to pay my way, am still rolling in cash by family associations to the KING OF Pop! Maaaaaaan!?
MJ was a kiddie diddler
Michael did a lot for family, say what you will about him he was a good soul, more than some people on here no doubt. RIP Michael, we miss you.
I think Michael Jackson's family AND the media need to STOP exploiting him. Let him rest in peace, leave his kids alone, quit giving his leach parents, and siblings air time.
Yea the media exploits. Come on it is MJ's brother who did this interview. I read that they are even auctioning the "death bed" Face it MJ was so addicted to drugs and his clan is warped. Hope the kids grow up to be healthier than this family of nuts
Yeah! He really and truly loved kids, specifically young boys! Bloody drug addict & pervert!
