A very preggers Ellen Pompeo was spotted grabbing lunch with some pals in Los Angeles yesterday, and not only did she look super adorable, but she was polite and even a bit chatty with the staff at the restaurant. Aww, loves her!

This girl better get the most out of her final 3-5 minutes of fame. I used to think she was hot but then she showed her true colors on Punk'D and she's never been the same for me since.

Tell you what Ellen, why don't you take that fork and shove it in your throat so you don't talk and show your true colors again.

Here's my prediction, post-Grey's Anatomy, it will be a decade or more before you land another role anyone sees. Next stop will be a quirky aunt or the wise grandmother role. You better hope Grey's lasts for a while.
