Emma Roberts is newly single and living in a brand new $1.4 million Hollywood Hills estate.

The 20-year-old starlet, who recently split from beau Chord Overstreet, purchased the three bedroom pad ... which also boasts a personal gym, media room and a secluded garden. The home doesn't have a pool, but perhaps the starlet will have one built!

In a recent interview with Jay Leno, Roberts dished:

"Its a huge responsibility. I didn't realize how much work goes into having a house. I thought when I got my house I would have friends over all the time, but I'm so crazy about anything getting scratched or spilled, I've turned into a 40-year-old woman stopping people and asking them to use a coaster."

Wonder when Auntie Julia will be stopping by? Roberts adds, "It's embarrassing as my friends come round and put their feet up on the coach and I get all anxious about it."

Emma Roberts and Chord Overstreet are no longer a couple. After nine months of dating, the twosome have called it quits, according to Just Jared.

A source tells JJ:

“They’re just on two different paths in life. They just grew apart and decided to part ways.”

Just recently, Chord hit the red carpet at the SAG Awards without Roberts ... sparking rumors that the two had gone their separate ways.

The last time the former couple were seen together was at the Golden Globes after-parties last month.

Roberts and Overstreet went public with their relationship at last year's Coachella Music Festival.

Reps for both stars have yet to issue a statement.

Chord Overstreet and Emma Roberts got coffee in Beverly Hills yesterday, and the lovebirds looked quite cozy when we snapped their picture. Glad to see these two aren't shy about hiding their romance!

The young starlet has been busy while attending New York's Fashion Week. While wearing a maroon dress and black heels, Ms. Roberts hit up Narciso Rodriguez's 2012 Fashion Show.

Soon after ... Emma, carrying the same gold clutch, attended Marchesa's runway show. This golden clutch is pretty chic, so we don't blame her for taking it to two separate shows.

On Friday Kris Humphries and Scott Disick were snapped at the Lincoln Center during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, and a little bit later the two sat front row at the Jill Stuart Spring 2012 show. Yesterday Kim and Kourtney Kardashian did a photo shoot with the boys, and Kourt tweeted, "Fabulous major glammed out photo shoot today with @KimKardashian @ScottDisick and @KrisHumphries. Channeling Sharon Stone in Casino. I wish." Can't wait to see the finished product!

The cute young couple kept the PDA to a minimum as they hung out during a casual Monday in Santa Monica. Emma, 20, sported a striped tee, skinny jeans, Ferragamo flats and a trendy fringed CC Skye bag while Chord, 22, kept it even simpler in a white pocket tee, light jeans, Under Armour cap and gray Chuck Taylor kicks.

Emma even kept the relaxing day going when she got home. "I'm a little late to realize BUT I am OBSESSED with True Blood!!! Started season 1 today," she Tweeted.

A day of hanging out and watching TV? Sounds perfect!
