Rebecca Gayheart just announced she's pregnant with her second child ... now we're just waiting for the baby bump to show!

And, apparently Rebecca loses things easily ... we can't figure out why else she keeps her keys around her neck!

Rebecca, 39, and husband Eric Dane, 38, already have a 16-month-old daughter, Billie Beatrice. The couple married in October 2004.

It was celebrity baby day at the park on Friday! Jessica Alba and hubby Cash Warren brought daughter Honor to the park and met up with fellow celeb couple Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart and their daughter Billie.

Could a daddy-daughter duo get anymore adorable than this?

The Grey's Anatomy star, Eric Dane, took his 14-month-old daughter, Billie Beatrice, to a playground in Beverly Hills on Wednesday afternoon.

The hot papa carried his daughter, dressed in a cute pink onesie, as they walked to the swing set. Eric then had a great time pushing his little one on a swing, as she continued to rock in her little hoodie.

He must have had all of the moms at the park checking him out!

Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane's baby girl, Billie Beatrice, turns one next month - an early congrats! Here's the happy family out and about in Beverly Hills over the weekend with their pride and joy.

Dane, who was most recently seen in Burlesque alongside Christina Aguilera, said in an interview last November, "We're going to have another one hopefully."

Hmm, is everything all right with the celeb dad? We spotted Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart collapsing their stroller at a Bev Hills hotel the other day and we can't help but notice that Eric is looking a little on the thin side... not to mention the very noticeable bandage on his chest.

I know that naked tape ordeal was stressful but at least it was taken down finally!

Victory for McSteamy and his wife! Sort of.

Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart filed a lawsuit last September against Gawker's Defamer blog - as well as its sister site Fleshbot - for showing a "naked tape" of the couple and the couple's friend Kari Ann Peniche involved in a series of private acts. The footage was viewed more than 4 million times over the course of the year.

Now Dane and Gayheart have dropped their $1 million suit, the homemade vid has been taken down and the couple received a settlement in the low six figures from Gawker, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

That being said, everyone's already seen the footage! Dane and Gayheart have repeatedly cited copyright infringement, but Gawker insists their use of the tape was fair game. Read what Gawker COO Gaby Darbyshire said in a statement below:

"Although we are confident that our use of the video on Gawker was protected fair use, because the posts already had been available to our readers for nearly a year, and because we already had won an important decision from the court striking large parts of the plaintiffs' damages claims, we agreed to remove the posts as part of a global settlement to avoid the burden of further litigation."

Let's forget for the moment that the lunch or the meeting or the table read (Johnny Galecki and Milo Ventimiglia both carried scripts out of the meeting) or whatever lasted for four hours -- but what's even stranger is that it took place next to a mechanical bull!
