According to E! News, the actress is getting at least three tats lasered off, including the word "Nine" (her ex-husband's jersey number), their wedding date and his initials. We bet her current boyfriend Eduardo Cruz appreciates this!

Eva Longoria emerged from Ken Paves Salon on Tuesday with a bouncy blowout worthy of a hair commercial, which almost distracted us from that gorgeous black Hermès Birkin she was toting -- just how many does this woman own?

The diehard Obama supporter lashed out against potential Presidential candidate Newt Gingrich this month, Tweeting: “@newtgingrich you clearly know little about the Latina community, Latina entrepreneurs who start businesses at 6 times the national average.”

But Eva gushed of our current Prez: “[Obama] speaks to the Latino community because he knows he’s the president of all Americans. We applaud you from our community. We thank you for everything you’re doing.’’

Maybe Miss Longoria should think about a future career in politics?

Over the weekend the couple were spotted lunching and taking a joyride on a private yacht, so we can't imagine Eva has any room in her life for another man!

"Eva's just friends with Matt. She's still totally into Eduardo. They've been together for a while now and he was there for her after her marriage to Tony fell apart. Eva's not looking for another baller — she wants someone stable."

The Desperate Housewives star got her locks touched up in preparation for an Obama fundraising gala she's co-hosting with Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffith at their home in LA on Oct. 24.

The party is intended to help draw support from Latinos, who comprise the second-largest population group in the country, according to the U.S. Census. Longoria, Banderas and Griffith have all been avid supports of the President since he ran in 2008.

Tickets for the fundraising event to support Obama's candidacy will set you back between $5,000 and $38,000 -- small price to pay for a chance to hang out at the Banderas-Griffith mansion for a night!
