What a difference a day makes - especially if you're Eva Longoria! Our paths have crossed with the Desperate Housewife's twice in the last two days, once at night when she happened to run into pal Mario Lopez (with Star-Dancer-With-er Karina Williams in tow - how's that for an awkward encounter?), and then again the next afternoon with her niece! And needless to say, the difference between the two Evas was rather striking - let's just say that Eva gets a little bit more dolled up for the photographers than she does for her family, let alone the other shoppers at Target!
