The super-thin Eva Longoria usually likes to show off her trim shape in body-conscious clothes.
So we couldn't help but notice this belly-covering outfit that she wore to a charity event at the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa in Las Vegas over the weekend - not to mention the way she kept her hand hovering around her belly in the video!
Whaddya think, is she hiding a bump?
It's not the usual thing you'd expect to see Eva wearing to a red carpet event - so I'm thinking there's something underneath that top!
