Eva Looking Nice In Nice
Posted on Tue Apr 8, 2008 06:40 AM PDT

Eva Longoria arrived in the south of France yesterday to host an ice cream launch, of all things.
The Desperate Housewife will launch a $12 million ad campaign for a new Magnum ice cream product called the Mayan Mystica bar. It's like Mexican chocolate with cinnamon, honey, and nutmeg -- yum!

But wouldn't you say she and Tony are the finest in Mexican chocolate?!

X17's Apology -- Greatest Understatement Ever
Posted Apr 6th 2008 11:09AM by TMZ Staff
Hmmm ... let's get this straight, you falsely accuse someone of having an affair and then apologize -- calling it an inconvenience. Oh, that little thing.
That's exactly what X17 just did to Tony Parker and Eva Longoria. Last December the photo agency posted the scandalicious claims of model Alexandra Paressant, who said she had an affair with Tony after he married his little Eva. Problem was -- Parker had never even met Paressant! We know -- details, details.
X17 posted an apology Friday, saying, in part, "X17online.com and X7 [sic], Inc. regret having been misled by Ms. Paressant and her representatives and apologize to Mr. Parker for any damage or inconvenience this may have caused him or his wife."
In December 2007, X17online.com published over ten articles concerning Tony Parker and a woman named Alexandra Paressant. Various of the articles asserted that, after Mr. Parker was introduced to Ms. Paressant by Thierry Henry at this wedding to Eva Longoria, Mr. Parker engaged in sexual relations with Ms. Paressant. Since the publication of these articles, X17online.com and X17, Inc. have discovered that Mr. Parker has never met with, or spoken to, Ms. Paressant nor has he ever had sexual relations with her. X17online.com and X17, Inc. regret having been misled by Ms. Paressant and her representatives and apologize to Mr. Parker for any damage or inconvenience this may have caused him or his wife.

Tony Parker files lawsuit against X17
Posted on December 19th, 2007 by Hot Momma
As predicted when we first covered this story, NBA star Tony Parker has reportedly filed suit against X17, the photo agency that published reports and text messages alleging that he cheated on Eva Longoria shortly after the couple were married.
In the lawsuit, filed on Dec. 19 in L.A. County Superior Court, Parker charges that X17 defamed him, alleging, “X17 had to know that the story was false, or at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source.” Furthermore X17 never sought to “verify the information with Mr. Parker, Ms. Longoria, any of their representatives or….anyone else who might have knowledge of the truth or falsity of the allegations.”

After a thorough investigation brought about by threat of lawsuits, celebrity photo agency X17online.com finally apologized to NBA star Tony Parker for faking stories about him and another woman. In December 2007, X17online.com claimed Tony Parker met a woman named Alexandra Paressant.
In a series of articles published on its website, X17 claimed Parker met with the woman for sexual liaisons in swanky hotel rooms. The agency backed up its claims by publishing sexually explicit text messages allegedly from Parker to the woman. X17 finally came clean about the fabricated stories in a message on its website today:
Apparently, Paressant claims she was introduced to Parker by soccer superstar Thierry Henry at Eva and Tony’s wedding last summer. But the newlyweds claim no such introduction ever occurred.
Eva and Tony’s rep told press, “No one from X17 attempted to contact Mr. Henry, who ... would have told them in no uncertain terms that this woman was not at the wedding.

Remember back in the day when everyone was all abuzz that Tony Parker was cheating on Eva Longoria with a French model? X17 was the one who broke the story. Well, Tony sued them for $40 million and won. This weekend X17 posted this message on their website,
Why is she wearing my grandma's clothes?
Eva looks like she hasn't been laid in WEEKS!
I wonder what her real age is, she started dating Parker when she was 32 now she is only 33. They dated for at least two years. Very Interesting
She looks so stupid in those sunglasses. Like a troll.
This site is a lying piece of shit. HOW DOES IT FEEL TO LOSE A LAWSUIT AND PAY $40 000?!
I hope the Barkers use it to buy something to beat off your disgusting photographers!
to many clothes oversized on a small frame makes her look even shorter.
ma chére Eva, tu est en france, les luettes de soleil sont inutile!! c'est rdicule et sa donne un air con.....merci
beard alert
What a super cute jacket
