Eva Longoria tried to sneak out of the back door of her own restaurant yesterday, showing off stiletto ankle boots and a navy blue Birkin.
It's not as if the Desperate Housewife couldn't afford a Birkin on her own, but that NBA paycheck certainly doesn't hurt (just ask Khloe Kardashian!)
