That's Eva Longora Parker looking a lot like Mrs. Beckham (before Posh's new pixie cut) in a cute seersucker sun dress.
We caught the Desperate Housewives star out and about in Studio City today and from the looks of the pics, you can pretty much forget about those pregnancy rumors.
She's certainly not hiding a baby bump under that dress.
