The sexy Latina, who is gracing the cover of March's Marie Claire, is talking about working alongside her sexy man on the movie The Place Beyond The Pines. She tells the mag:

“He’s your dream costar. I have never felt so creatively satisfied on a film.”

"It doesn’t matter what you have or what you look like. It’s something everyone has to work at. I realize I have contributed to a certain happy, healthy, empowered image, but that’s not all of me. I feel it’s important to let women know that I have similar struggles ... Eva Mendes is spending her Thanksgiving holiday on the set of her upcoming film Holly Motors in Paris, and we can't help but notice how much her on-set look resembles the late singer Amy Winehouse.

The flick, now filming at Pere Lachaise cemetery in Paris, is being directed by Leos Carax ... and also stars singer Kylie Minogue.

As for the plot line, French actor Dennis Lavant plays a man who travels between different lives, including that of a murderer and scary creature. Mendes plays a character from his past.

By the looks of Eva's get-up, we're certainly intrigued!

Last night Ryan Gosling escorted Eva Mendes to LAX, and the actor helped his slightly older girlfriend (she's 37, he's 31) gather her belongings before he hugged and kissed her goodbye.

We're sure Eva appreciates the sweet gesture, but was it really necessary for Ryan to accompany her to the airport? She's got a driver and bodyguards to help her out with this sort of thing, so it seems like he's a bit whipped needy, eh?
