Eva Mendes: "Being Hot Is All Smoke And Mirrors"

Eva Mendes was in New York City Thursday for the launch of her new campaign for Angel perfume by Thierry Mugler. Mendes is the new face of the scent; Naomi Watts had been since 2008.
X17 snapped Eva leaving her hotel and looking pretty in a print dress. Mendes told reporters at the event that she'd rather be called cute than hot:
- "I’d rather be on team cute because I think it’s harder to be cute. ... when a guy pays me that compliment of being cute or adorable that feels like a real compliment, because being hot I think is all smoke and mirrors. ... I think it takes more personality to be cute so I think it’s more of a deeper compliment."
