There's no secret that Josh Duhamel and his equally sexy wife Fergie work hard for their hot bods!
The twosome enjoyed an afternoon jog in Brentwood and despite sweating off those pounds, still managed to flash us a smile. Josh, who is gearing up for the premiere of his latest Transformers flick, looks as though he's ready to take on any wild animals that may get in their way. Check out his stick!
