Fergie's Big New Year's Bash!

Fergie Ferg hosted Lavo's star-studded New Year's Bash in Las Vegas (after performing at the Palazzo) and we hate to say this, but it looks like someone needs to make a New Year's Resolution to get rid of the weight she packed on for a movie role!
The normally fit Fergie looked like she was struggling to suck in her gut on the red carpet of her own event. But hey, with a hot fiance like Josh Duhamel, can't the girl afford to let it all hang out every once in a while?
Especially now that they've set a date!
