Happy Fergin' Birthday!

Last night, Katsuya played host to a birthday party fit for a queen - or at least a Dutchess!
We caught Fergie leaving the upscale eatery with Josh Duhamel and music-industry legend Jimmy Lovine last night. The trio were out celebrating Fergie's 33rd birthday - not that we could tell, of course!
It's just too bad Fergie Ferg wouldn't comment on her engagement to Josh - but then again, the rock on her finger probably said enough!
