FIRST PIX! - Rob Pattinson And Reese Witherspoon Start Shooting Water For Elephants

It's a far cry from the damp forests of Forks, Oregon! Robert Pattinson is now in the dry, dusty valley Filmore, just outside of LA, filming the Depression-era circus drama Water For Elephants with Reese Witherspoon.

Rob plays Jacob Jankowski, a student who loses his parents in a car accident, drops out of school, and joins the circus as a veterinarian. Reese plays Marlena, a horse trainer who is married to the lead animal trainer. She gets close to Jacob and her husband becomes suspicious of the pair's relationship. Then ... well, you should just see the movie!

You think Reese and Rob will have chemistry? What if she went all cougar on the hot 24-year-old Pattinson?! Somehow we think it's just not Ms. Witherspoon's style ...

A helicopter? Really? That seems exceptionally reckless considering the number of animals involved in the filming of this movie. Shooting from the ground with a telephoto is one thing, but this is just a whole other level of sleaze.
