Jennifer Aniston just bought herself a new house in Beverly Hills. The six bedroom property cost a reported $10.6 million (less than half of what she made in one year on Friends) and is just a stone's throw away from bff Courteney Cox! It seems like these two are always in close vicinity to each other -- Courteney got a house in Malibu, then Jen did. Courteney bought in Beverly Hills, then Jen did!
We have pix of the house (currently going through renovations), but there's no word yet on whether or not Vince, who sometimes shacked up with Jen at her rented Malibu pad, plans on moving in with her...

Is it me or do you think its kinda nuts to buy a house worth 10 million and still have to do construction?? I mean that house should have nothing wrong for 10 million.
I would think so. I sure wouldn't pay that much for something I had to completely renovate. But I guess you can when you have all that money!!
Ten million isn't much for her and you can buy a house in Beverly Hills and have it not be your style...or quite outdated. Just like a house at any price range. Good for Jen.

Did it ever occur to you that the house is $10 million BECAUSE it's still under construction? Some homeowners actually LIKE to be able to buy a home being built so they can pick/choose what they want in it rather than spending the money redoing it for their tastes; they can do it upfront. GO JEN!

Don't you think that Brad and Jen are still connected at least in their way of buying the same type of house ( I mean look at it ... same building structure type) and doing constructions. They should get back toghether again. Too many things in common.
