Helen Mirren's talen and Sandra Bullock's popularity aside, I totally hope Gabourey Sidibe takes the prize for Best Actress for her role in the hit Precious.
Isn't it more interesting for the newcomer,-- the girl who didn't get a $20 million paycheck, who killed it in a difficult role -- to win? I hope the Hollywood Foreign Press Association thinks so, 'cause this girl deserves it!
Dontcha just wanna squeeze those cheeks?!

Absolutely agree. She had such a difficult role in Precious, her suffering was silent, and goodness gracious did she suffer! I think she deserves the win the most, she was simply outstanding!
