He loves his little girl!

Gabriel Aubry was in model dad form as he gave his daughter Nahla a lift (literally) as he picked her up from school in Los Angeles on Friday.

The 36-year-old had been battling with ex Halle Berry over where their four-year-old little girl will eventually live, reaching a custody agreement that allows Nahla to stay in the US.

Great to see they moved on from the drama surrounding the process!

While Olivier Martinez was at the liquor store and tooting around town in his rare vintage Aston Martin, Gabriel Aubry and daughter Nahla shared a special moment after school on Wednesday.

Now that both Gabriel and former partner Halle Berry have seemingly ironed out their custody agreement, all that drama over Thanksgiving is now just water under the bridge. Halle and Olivier didn’t end up pressing charges again Gabriel after the two men got into a nasty brawl, and Gabriel, who was reportedly set to file a restraining order against Martinez, later changed his mind.

Martinez was ordered to stay away during custody exchanges between Halle and Gabriel, and so far it seems like everything is working out well.

After spending some time with Gabriel Aubry, Nahla was handed off to Halle Berry on Wednesday afternoon. The little girl looked delighted to be spending time with her dad, but she definitely missed her mom, as evident from the bear hug she gave her after Gabe said goodbye.

We know Oliver Martinez is no longer allowed to be around for the custody exchanges, but it is interesting that he seems to be noticeably absent these days...

Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry surfaced at LAX after weeks out of the spotlight and the model looked as though his face has healed pretty well.

Aubry was in a major brawl Thanksgiving Day with Halle's fiance Olivier Martinez and busted up his face in the process.

Following a hearing yesterday, Aubry will not be prosecuted for the fight with Martinez. However, Nahla's dad must stay out of trouble for at least a year.

Aubry was reportedly going to file a restraining order against Martinez, but has since changed his mind.

As for Halle and Olivier, the twosome spent the Christmas holiday in Paris.

Nahla's reunited with daddy!

After a contentious week of legal back-and-forth, after a few punches back-and-forth between Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez on Thanksgiving, father and daughter were together again today after Nahla finished school.

Aubry met up with a nanny who got Nahla from school and the four-year-old was handed off.

An X17 photographer tells us:

"Nahla looked so happy to see her dad. She was skipping to the car and smiling. It was the first time in a week the little girl didn't seem stressed."

Aubry and his ex, Berry, reached an agreement Thursday, regarding the boys' brawl and custody/visitation with their daughter. Berry's attorney, Blair Berk, issued the following joint statement with Aubry's attorney Shawn Holley yesterday: "The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter."



Gabriel Aubry opted for some large aviator glasses to cover his huge black eye today for a meeting with his attorney. The model will definitely be out of work for a bit while the injuries are healing after his Thanksgiving Day brawl with Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez.

Aubry will be able to see his daughter Nahla again when the emergency restraining order expires tomorrow.

Berry and Martinez spent 3 hours at their attorney's office Tuesday night, formulating their plan of action. It is believed they'll try to extend the order against Aubry and block all his visitation with Nahla.

Meanwhile, a hearing is set for Dec 17, when a judge will decide whether a three-year restraining order should be granted against Martinez.

Gabriel Aubry was arrested after getting into a fist fight with Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez on Thanksgiving, and despite the fact that Berry and Martinez filed a restraining order against Aubry, he's now going after them, and as of right now, it seems like the judge has his back.

Berry's lawyers appeared in court this morning for an emergency custody hearing, and while Radar reports that the judge ruled Aubry will be allowed to resume visitation with their daughter Nahla, apparently there was a clerical error with Berry and Martinez's restraining order, so their request for extension will be re-evaluated on Thursday, according to TMZ. Therefore, the judge hasn't yet lifted the order, but given that Aubry is the one with the black eye and a substantial amount of evidence that Martinez was the aggressor, this could be a major setback for Berry.

Additionally, Aubry reportedly requested that Martinez be prohibited from having any contact with Nahla, and he filed his own restraining order against Martinez on Monday. Police spent over an hour at Berry's house yesterday, and apparently they were there to obtain security footage, which was mentioned in the paperwork Aubry filed.

If the order against Gabriel is lifted and one is put in place against Martinez, this could change everything. Since Martinez is a French citizen, this could also affect his status in the United States. There were initial reports that Aubry might be deported back to Canada, but if it's Martinez who was in fact responsible for the brawl, he might be out of the picture when it comes to Halle and Nahla ... and out of the country.

After the Thanksgivng scuffle with Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez, Gabriel Aubry is preparing to fight back in the form of a restraining order with claims that Martinez threatened his life.

The 36-year-old model alleges in court papers that not only did Martinez start the fight that left him multiple injuries (see above), but also claiming that it was provoked by a judge's recent ruling against Berry to move to France.

"You cost us $3 million," Martinez said during their altercation, according to Aubry. "When you see the judge, you're going to tell him you're going to Paris or I'm going to kill you."

Aubry added that he was met by Martinez during his custodial hand-off Thanksgiving morning, where he told the model they needed to talk.

"All of a sudden, Mr. Martinez jumped me on the side of my body, and punched me such that he had taken me down to the ground," Aubry alleges. "He continued to punch me at least two or three times, kicked me in the ribs with his knee or foot, and took my head in his hands and slammed it to the concrete driveway. It all happened so fast and so suddenly; I did not see Mr. Martinez's actions coming, and thus, I was not ready for it and was not able to defend myself."

Aubry, who's already under a restraining order, got his own granted against Martinez and hopes to prove his innocence with security camera footage from Berry's home. Because of his arrest, he could possibly face losing shared custody of Nahla as well as deportation.
