We already knew George Clooney's lady love was a looker, but dayum! I mean, Sarah Larson was hot in a trashy kind of way, but Elisabetta Canalis looked like Cindy Crawford's long lost (and slightly tatted up) twin sister when we snapped her on the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival.
